Your preferred language

When you choose a language, the cookie pv_language stores only that choice for 180 days. It restores your language on your next visit, without advertising tracking. You can change your language at any time in the header or delete this cookie in your browser. If cookies are blocked, the language links still work.

Navigation and technical data

The site does not contain any advertising tracker, audience measurement tool, remote font or social network integration. It does not use tracking cookies or local storage to establish a profile. Images, styles and scripts are served from the same site.

When browsing, the host may process technical data such as your IP address, date, requested page and browser information in order to provide and secure the service. Hosting is provided by OVHcloud. These technical treatments are used for the availability and security of the service. Their retention depends on the applicable obligations and the configuration of the hosting services.

Strictly necessary cookies

The cookie promethee_contact is created when the form is opened. It contains a random session ID, without your contact details or the text of your request. No optional cookies are used in the current version of the site. The cookie pv_cookie_choice stores your acceptance or refusal in the choice window for six months; it is not used for tracking and does not contain a personal identifier. Your answer can be modified via “Manage cookies”. Consult the Cookies page for its duration, its purpose and the possibilities of blocking.

Contact by email

The form transmits your request to the Promethee Venture server, hosted by OVHcloud, which transmits it via an encrypted connection to Promethee Venture's Google Workspace messaging service, to the Promethee Venture professional mailbox responsible for processing the requests. Google acts as a messaging service provider. No copy of the message is saved in a site database. A strictly necessary session cookie secures the form; it is not used for advertising purposes. Temporary counters, based on an IP address fingerprint, limit abuse over a one-hour window. The old values ​​of these counters are replaced the next time they are used; they do not contain your message. You can also write to us directly.

If you contact us, we process the information you provide: identity, email address, possible organization and content of your request. They are used to respond to you and, if necessary, to prepare a service. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to other requests.

Submit your profile

For an application or a collaboration proposal, we also receive the professional information you choose to provide: profession, skills, availability, mobility and link to your CV or portfolio. They are used to examine your proposal and to discuss with you, as part of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Do not include sensitive data. If your proposal is not followed up, your profile is not kept for future opportunities without separate agreement from you. You can request its deletion at our contact address.

Recipients and storage

The messages are accessible to the people authorized to process your request and to the technical service providers necessary for the messaging. They are not sold. They are kept for the time necessary to process and monitor the request, then deleted or archived when legal obligations justify it. The applicable contractual terms are specified if a service is undertaken.

Mandatory fields and decisions

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to receive and process the request; the others are optional. The site does not make any automated decisions producing legal effects and does not carry out any profiling of candidates.

Your rights

According to the conditions provided for by the regulations, you can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition or portability of data concerning you. Send your request to information@promethee-venture.fr. We normally respond within one month to a request to exercise rights; this period can be extended by two months when justified, by informing you within the first month. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL.
