Your progress stays on your device

Optional driver name, scores, ranks, findings, settings and games are saved locally. There is no game account, online leaderboard or game server operated by Promethee Game. The driver name is not sent to advertising SDKs or Google Play by our code. The game does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or GPS location.

Advertisements and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob: banners in certain menus, announcements between levels and optional videos giving a bonus announced in advance. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP address (which may provide approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including Android Advertising ID. These exchanges are encrypted in transit.

Privacy choices are collected with Google User Messaging Platform where applicable. You can reopen the privacy options in the game's advertising space when required, and manage the advertising ID in Android settings. The availability and personalization of ads depend in particular on your choices and your region. See the Google privacy policy and the information about Google partner services.

Purchase Without Advertising

The one-time Ad-Free purchase is processed by Google Play. Promethee Game does not receive your credit card number. The application locally processes the information necessary to verify and restore this purchase: product, purchase status and signed proof. This right removes integrated advertisements; video bonuses become accessible without viewing within the limit provided by the game. Restoring purchases requires the Google Play account used to purchase and an Internet connection.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on the device until deleted. The game options allow you to restart the campaign or expedition; These resets do not necessarily delete the name and settings. To delete all local data, use Android → Applications → Vortex Lings → Storage → Clear Data, or uninstall the application. This deletion does not cancel a Google Play purchase. Google keeps the data it processes according to its policies and your settings; its privacy tools allow you to exercise your choices with Google.

Assistance and rights

If you write to us, we receive your email address and the content of your message to respond to your request. Do not include password or payment details. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information that you have sent directly to us. Support messages are kept for the time necessary to process your request and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Applicable rights depend on your country; you can also contact your data protection authority.

Game audience

Vortex Lings is intended for adolescents aged 13 and over and adults. It is not designed or promoted as a game intended for children under 13 years of age. If you think a child has provided us with personal information, contact us.
