Your preferred language

When you choose a language, the cookie pv_language stores only that choice for 180 days. It restores your language on your next visit, without advertising tracking. You can change your language at any time in the header or delete this cookie in your browser. If cookies are blocked, the language links still work.

Which cookie is used?

Name

promethee_contact

Responsible

Promethee Venture, publisher of this site.

Triggering

When opening the contact form.

Purpose

Associate your browser with a session to protect the form from fraudulent submissions and display submission confirmation.

Content

A random session identifier. The cookie does not contain your name, email or message.

Duration

Session cookie, with no persistent expiration date. It is normally deleted when the browser session is closed; some restore functions may preserve it.

Protection

HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; Secure when connecting to the server using HTTPS.

Memorizing your choice

The cookie pv_cookie_choice is created only after clicking on “Accept all” or “Reject all”. It keeps the choice, the version of the policy and its expiration date for six months, without a personal identifier. It is used by Promethee Venture only to remember your answer. It is protected by SameSite=Lax and Secure under HTTPS; it is accessible to the site's JavaScript to display your preferences.

Accept, refuse or change your mind

The window offers “Accept All” and “Refuse All” with the same visibility. Currently, no optional cookies are used: both of these answers only maintain necessary cookies. Accepting does not allow future addition of trackers. Necessary cookies are exempt from prior consent.

Change my cookie choice. The “Manage cookies” link is also present at the footer of all pages. Refusal immediately replaces the previous choice, without blocking the navigation or the form. Closing the window or continuing without choosing does not register any acceptance.

Your possibilities

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie may prevent the form from being sent; the other pages remain viewable. Contact details remain accessible in the legal notices.

The site does not use local storage or browser session storage to track you. External links do not load third-party content before you open them.

Website and mobile game: two distinct services

The AdMob ad is for the Vortex Lings Android app, not this site. Consult the game privacy for the choices offered in the application.

Evolution of the site

If optional tracers are added, this information and the device of choice must be adapted before their activation. Trackers subject to consent must remain deactivated until your agreement, with refusal and withdrawal as simple as acceptance.

For the processing of your requests, recipients, storage and your rights, consult the site privacy policy.
